ABOUT US

A family run business with excellent service every time...

This family-run business has been custom-building their very own marquees since the 1980s and constantly reinvesting in order to develop the vast and comprehensive company set up today - one of the biggest firms in West London! We have continued to grow and grow. Today we can accommodate thousands of guests in huge stand-alone aluminum frame marquees set up in London’s finest green spaces!

Our comprehensive set of framing ensures that we have a product suitable for every occasion. Sporting events, weddings, festivals, celebrations and corporate events; whatever the occasion you can rely on us to get the job done with flair, enthusiasm and commitment, creating a distinctive and lasting impression.

Our regular clients include major religious functions of all faith types, local authority held festivals, high profile weddings, top-end corporate events and garden parties. See our partnership page for more information>

HOW WE OPERATE

Our Account Managers and Event Co-ordinators will respond quickly to your initial enquiry by visiting the site and offering you a quotation completely free of charge.

Our experienced staff advice you of the very best structure for your event and our strong links with key players in the industry will ensure we build a plan together to cover every eventuality. Furthermore, our CAD team can draw up site-specific drawings to help realize your event vision.

At Big Events we deliver an excellent service and provide close attention to detail to ensure your brilliant and, most importantly, safe event.

QUALITY & SAFETY

Health and safety is the key theme that underscores every aspect of our work. It is central to our obligation to provide a complete and professional service. We are fully conversant with the demands of the current industry guidelines.

As we custom build our marquees, a member of our trained staff involved in the construction of the marquees will attend all events to ensure that all safety considerations are taken into account: such as use of fire retardant fabrics, exits at appropriate intervals and close liaison with local authorities.

To help ensure that safety is kept to the very highest standard we follow the codes and practice outlined by MUTA – the trade association for the UK temporary structures and technical textile industries.
